Instead of Proscribing Discomfort, P90X Prescribes it.

Do you look for workouts that do not make you feel uncomfortable? Do you dislike feeling sore after your workouts? If that is the case, then the P90X workout is not for you. This is one tough workout and we expect that you will be uncomfortable and maybe even nauseous at some point during the program. If you like that sort of workout, then when you finish you will be ready for the second edition, called P90X2. If you welcome a little pain as a sign that you are working hard, these workouts are for you.
